Day 1 : Ljubljana
Welcoming at your arrival at Ljubljana Airport. Private transfer and installation at your hotel. Meeting with your guide for a private city tour to discover the Slovenian capital at your own pace and on foot for 2 hours. A walk through the pedestrian city centre and along the Ljubljanica to visit this beautiful city’s most famous spots. Throughout the walk, your guide will tell you anecdotes, legends and give you information concerning the city and the country.

Day 2 : Ljubljana
From the capital to the Slovenian mountain pastures. You leave the capital and head north to the Logarska Dolina region. Visit on the road to Kamnik and its beautiful medieval centre. Hiking through the valley of Kamniska Bistrica and its magnificent setting (chapel, alpine reliefs, crystalline springs) for lunch or a walk. Discover the Slovenian alpine landscapes before arriving at your hosts who will welcome you warmly. Settle into your private room in this family-run farmhouse inn. Day 3 : Logarska Dolina
Free day, without a guide, to enjoy the surroundings according to your wishes. The park and the valleys of Upper Savinja and Matkov Kot offer an incredibly well-preserved natural playground. Opt for a stroll or a hike, unless you are tempted by an outdoor activity such as rafting, canyoning, horseback riding or a paragliding experience. Every traveller will be able to both recharge his batteries and feel the soul of an explorer in the middle of these beautiful glacial valleys. Overnight in a 3-star family farm in the heart of the mountains. Standard room.
Day 4 : Logarska Dolina
From the Julian Alps to the Karst region. Drive south to get to the Karst region and its beautiful hills and forests housing brown bears. Possible passing through the remarkable medieval town of Skofja Loka, whose historic centre has been listed since 1987. Stroll through the town centre towards Mestni Square, and take the opportunity to visit the imposing Castle and its museum overlooking the town. Continuation to the town of Postojna. Check-in at the hotel. End of the day to enjoy the places or visit the surroundings. Private bear watching trip at the end of the day with your English-speaking guide. Meeting with your guide to drive by jeep to the forest and surrounding hills. From the observatory, you will have the chance to observe bears (at their own discretion) for 2 to 3 hours, in the middle of nature, in total silence.

Day 5 : Postojna

Your guide will take you to his garden among lush vegetation and unspoiled nature, kingdom of foxes, bears, lynx and wolves. From the Karst to the Julian Alps. Road northwards to the mountains, including the Triglav National Park. Arrival at the outskirts of the small town of Bled, which surprises you instantly by its landscape straight out of a fairy tale. Check-in at the hotel.
